Here is the first part of the time-lapse of Big Jimmy Creek Bridge reconstruction from a one lane wooden bridge to an updated two lane concrete bridge. The bridge had some major deficiencies that would cause critical failure to the structure. One of these deficiencies was the railing was was in poor condition and showed signs of decay, another was some of the piers had horizontal cracking. The bridge at the time had settled and needed to be raised 1.2 meters or ~4 feet.
